Commission Information Rules about my art Furbid


Well after a lot of hesitation I've decided I'm gonna have to change the rules of use for my artwork.
The yays

1.Referencing a pose ie. same pose different character,clothing etc. is fine so long as you credit me and do not have a problem with others referencing the piece you draw.
2.Using my images for signatures, avatars etc. is fine so long as you ask permission first, there are a few I'd prefer not to be used.
3. printing it out for personal use is fine also.


The nays:

1. Direct theft, i.e. re-uploading my pictures, is not acceptable unless you have asked permission first e.g. a piece you have commissioned/traded from me which you wish to upload to gallery like FA.
2. Direct tracing for uploading, I have mixed views on this, its fine to do this for practice purposes but tracing an image exactly and then uploading it and claiming as your own isn't something I think anyone likes. So please don't do it to my work either. If you copy it free-hand and upload it just be sure to link back.
3.Adding a filter or painting over my work is not acceptable.
4. Selling prints, T-shirts or whatnot of my work is not acceptable unless you commissioned me for the work and have arranged it with me prior to production.
